Today's focus is Maths. Year 3 are learning how to draw and discover equivalent fractions using diagrams. Watch both videos then complete either Activity 1 or 2. Year 4 are subtracting fractions from whole numbers and from mixed numbers. Watch both videos then complete either Activity 1 or 2. In English, revise how and when to use apostrophes to show possession. Watch the videos and Activity 1 then try either Activity 2 or 3.

Tuesday
Today's focus is English. Think about your favourite memories from this school year for your Record of Achievement. This is a book that contains all of your greatest achievements to date that you will have given back to you at the end of Year 6. Use the sheet below to help you plan your ideas. You will type them up in neat on Thursday. In Maths, solve the 'Mystery of the Missing Sacks on Sports Day'.

Today's focus is Maths. Year 3 are learning how to simplify and find equivalent fractions. Watch the videos and read the learning summary. Then select either Activity 1, 2 or 3 to complete. Year 4 are learning how to work out a fraction of an amount. For example, one-quarter of 30. Watch the video then complete either Activity 1 or 2. Instead of English, you have a Wellbeing Wednesday Activity. This weeks focus is mindfulness.

Today's focus is Maths. Year 3 are learning how to find equivalent fractions by thinking about the numerator and denominator. Watch the videos and try both activities. Year 4 are learning how to solve problems by adding, subtracting and finding fractions. Read through the information then try either Activity 1 or 2. In English, use your knowledge of Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar to solve the 'Riddle of the Swapped Sign.'

Today's focus is English. Watch the reading of 'Zoo' by Anthony Browne then use the PowerPoint to remind yourself about adverbials. Following this, think about a day trip you cannot wait to go on. Write about what you would do using adverbials in some sentences. In Maths, solve 'The Monkey Mystery at Animal Antics Zoo.' Remember to read the clues carefully. Finally, there is a short Online Safety activity to complete.

Today's focus is Maths. Year 3 are learning how to identify a non-unit fraction of an amount or set of objects. Watch the two videos then complete either Activity 1 or 2. In English, you have another mystery to solve, 'Who Stole the Emoji's Colour?'. Use your knowledge of SPaG to solve it!
